Return Policy – No Returns Accepted

At Foundry Diecast LLC, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to assist with a replacement or store credit when applicable. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos or videos of the damage/defect and packaging

Wrong Item Received

If we made an error and sent you the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours and we will correct the mistake at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Items purchased incorrectly

Opened or used items

Sale or clearance products

Order Accuracy
